30-Day Return Policy

At LED Plus More, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Unused Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive a Return Authorization Email and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
  4. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions.
  6. Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on bank processing times. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Custom or special orders are not eligible for return.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
