Shipping policy
1. Self Pick-Up
Our customers may choose to pick up their orders for their convenience. All orders must be picked up within one week of being ready for pick-up. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. For updates on your order status, feel free to reach out to us.

9 am to 5 pm (Mon-Fri, excluding federal holidays)
2. Small Parcel Shipping
The small parcel shipping cost is covered by us for our customers.
We ship most stock orders via UPS on the same day they are received. Due to varying items and shipping availability, you might receive the products in multiple boxes on different days.
Small Parcel Shipping Damage
Any damage caused by UPS should be accepted by you and reported to LED Plus More on the same day the packages are received. Any concealed damage or shortage must be reported to LED Plus More within 3 days of delivery.
If a shipping label is provided by the customer or the shipping cost is billed to the customer's account, the customer should file the damage claim directly.
Please note that 8ft fixtures are classified as oversized shipments and will incur a substantial oversize surcharge. We strongly recommend using LTL shipping for all 8ft fixtures.
3. Freight Shipping (LTL & FTL)
All freight shipping services will be provided at the client's expense.
LED Plus More utilizes common carriers for the convenience of shipping large items or orders that cannot be shipped via small parcel services.
Quotation
A shipping quote will be provided and confirmed by the customer before proceeding with freight shipping. The prepaid freight and quoted shipping charges apply only to shipments delivered to commercial docks. Shipments requiring special services will incur additional charges unless specified in the shipping quote.
Freight-allowed policies are as follows:
- New York Tri-State Area (NY Upper State/NJ/CT): Prepaid freight for orders over $2,500
- Northeast Region (PA/DE/MA/RI/NH/VT/ME): Prepaid freight for orders over $3,000
- Southeast Region (MD/WV/VA/KY/NC/SC/TN/GA/AL/MS/AR/LA/FL): Prepaid freight for orders over $5,000
- Midwest Region (IL/IN/IA/KS/MI/MN/NE/ND/OH/SD/WI): Prepaid freight for orders over $5,000
- Other Areas: Please call us for a shipping quote
Special Service/Accessorial Fees
- Lift-gate: $75
- Residential Delivery: $195 ($120 Residential + $75 Lift-gate)
- Limited-access Location Delivery: $75
- Delivery Appointment (24-hour Notification): $50
- Notify Before Delivery (15-minute Notification): $15

Oversize Shipping
Any non-standard pallet (48"x40") will be considered an oversized shipment and must be ordered separately to meet the freight policy. Otherwise, a $225 overlength charge will apply to each shipment.
Freight Shortage/Damage
Any damage or shortages must be noted immediately on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt (POD) with the carrier upon delivery. Obtain a claim number from the delivery driver if there is any damage or shortage. Report any shortage/damage to LED Plus More on the same day as delivery. Any concealed shortage/damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Failure to file a claim within this timeframe may be considered acceptance of the goods and a waiver of any errors.
LED Plus More transfers responsibility for delivery to the carrier at the time of pickup at our warehouse. Losses or damage during shipment are the carrier's responsibility. We will file a claim with the carrier, and any credit or replacement will be at the carrier's cost once the claim is processed
